Which stamps does a newly registered Company or LLP need?

How much does a Company stamp set cost?

The 3-stamp Pre-Inked set for a PVT. LTD., LLP, OPC, Section 8, Partnership or Proprietorship entity is Rs.1,800/- (All Inclusive). Individual CA and CS stamps are Rs.700/- (All Inclusive) each. The Common Seal and the Compliance Signboard are Rs.1,800/- (All Inclusive) each, and the complete combo (stamp set, Common Seal and signboard) is Rs.4,800/- (All Inclusive). There are no separate shipping charges.

How fast will my stamps arrive?

We dispatch via Bluedart or Delhivery. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days to metros and major cities and 2–4 days elsewhere in India. There are no separate shipping charges.

Can I get my stamps before opening the Company bank account?

Yes — that's what most customers do. Order as soon as you have your Certificate of Incorporation so the stamps arrive before your bank appointment.

What details do I need to give?

Your exact registered name as it appears on the Certificate of Incorporation (or GST certificate for firms). We size each stamp to the length of the name. For OPCs we add the '(One Person Company)' line required by Section 12(3) of the Companies Act.

Are Pre-Inked Stamps better than self-inking stamps?

For Company stamps, yes. The ink is stored in the rubber itself, giving sharper, more consistent impressions for thousands of uses, and the stamp can be refilled. See How to Refill a Pre-Inked Stamp.

Is a Common Seal mandatory?

No. Since the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015, a Common Seal is optional unless your Articles of Association require one. Read Is a Company Seal Mandatory in India?

Is a registered office signboard mandatory?

Yes. Section 12(3) of the Companies Act requires every Company to display its name and registered office address at its office. Our 3-in-1 Compliance Signboard (33 cm × 20 cm acrylic) covers it.
