One state, one extra rule
A Company, LLP or firm in Maharashtra needs the same things as a business anywhere in India: Company stamps for the bank and paperwork, a Signboard at the registered office, and GSTIN display once registered for GST. Maharashtra adds one more: the name on the board must be in Marathi (Devanagari), and the Marathi letters must not be smaller than any other language.
