Requirements after registration
Same as everywhere in India: a Company stamp set (Director/Designated Partner, Authorised Signatory, Round seal), a signboard under Section 12(3) of the Companies Act, and GSTIN display under Rule 18(2) of the CGST Rules once GST-registered. These central requirements don't change by city.
Maharashtra adds one more rule: Marathi on the Signboard
