How to use the Free Stamp & Signboard Maker Tool
- Choose what you registered: PVT. LTD., LLP, OPC, Section 8 Company, Public Company, Partnership Firm or Proprietorship Firm.
- Select the state of your registered office. The tool shows that state's Signboard language rule.
- Type the name exactly as on your Certificate of Incorporation or GST certificate, then the name and address in your local language.
- Add phone, email, CIN or LLPIN and GSTIN. The Stamps and the Signboard redraw as you type.
- Read the compliance check, fix anything marked, then order with your details already filled in.
What the tool checks
- Name format: PVT. LTD. names end with PRIVATE LIMITED, OPC names with (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, LLP names with LLP.
- CIN: 21 characters, the right type code (PTC, OPC, PLC, NPL) and the state code of your office.
- LLPIN: 3 letters and 4 digits, for example ABC-1234.
- GSTIN: 15 characters, a valid check digit, the right state code and the right PAN type for your entity.
- Local language: Section 12(3)(a) of the Companies Act, plus state rules such as Marathi in Maharashtra, 60% Kannada in Karnataka, Tamil first in Tamil Nadu, 60% Odia in Odisha and Punjabi on top in Punjab.

Which entities does the tool support?
PVT. LTD., LLP, OPC, Section 8 Company, Public Company, Partnership Firm and Proprietorship Firm. CA and CS stamps have their own pages.
What stamps does a new Company need?
Most banks and offices ask for three: a DIRECTOR stamp, an AUTHORISED SIGNATORY stamp and a round stamp with the Company Name. LLPs use DESIGNATED PARTNER instead of DIRECTOR.
What must a Company Signboard show?
Section 12(3)(a) of the Companies Act requires the Company Name and registered office address, in the local language too where its script differs from English. CIN is usually added, and GSTIN is required once GST-registered (CGST Rule 18).
