Today we are introducing the Compulsory Compliance Combo Kit – 3 Pre-Inked Rubber Stamps and 1 Signboard, in one order, at Rs.3,200/- (All Inclusive). These are the two things every newly registered Company or LLP needs first: the Rubber Stamps for opening the bank account, and the Signboard the law requires at the registered office.
See the Compulsory Compliance Combo Kit →
What is in the kit?
- Pre-Inked Rubber Stamps (set of 3 Stamps) – the signing stamp (DIRECTOR, DESIGNATED PARTNER, PARTNER or PROPRIETOR), the Authorised Signatory stamp and the Round Stamp, each sized to the length of your Company Name.
- 3-in-1 Compliance Signboard (33 cm x 20 cm) – your Company Name in your local language and in English, registered office address, contact number, email, website, CIN or LLPIN, and GSTIN if you have one.
The kit is available for PVT. LTD., LLP, OPC, Section 8 Company, Public Company, Partnership Firm and Proprietorship Firm. Choose what you registered, type your details once, and you see live previews of both the stamps and the Signboard before you submit. Nothing is made until you approve the preview.
Why you need the Rubber Stamps at bank account opening
The first thing most Companies do after receiving the Certificate of Incorporation is open a current account. Banks expect the Company stamp on the account opening form, the board resolution, KYC documents and signature cards, usually next to every signature of the director or authorised signatory. No law makes a stamp compulsory, but in practice the bank paperwork cannot be completed without it.
That is why we recommend ordering the stamps as soon as you have your Certificate of Incorporation, so they reach you before your bank appointment. See the full list of documents needed to open a Company bank account.
Why the Signboard is mandatory
1. Section 12(3) of the Companies Act, 2013
Under Section 12(3)(a), every Company must paint or affix its name and the address of its registered office on the outside of every office or place where its business is carried on, in a conspicuous position and in legible letters. Where the name is in characters other than English, it must also appear in the language in general use in that locality – which is why our Signboard carries your Company Name in both your local language and English.
Default can attract a penalty under Section 12(8) of ₹1,000 for every day the default continues, up to ₹1,00,000, for the Company and for every officer in default. Read more: Is a registered office Signboard mandatory?
2. GST rules (Rule 18 of the CGST Rules, 2017)
Once you are registered under GST, Rule 18(1) requires the GST registration certificate to be displayed prominently at the principal place of business, and Rule 18(2) requires the GSTIN to be displayed on the name board at the entry of the principal place of business and every additional place of business. Our Signboard adds your GSTIN on the board when you enter it. Read more: GST Signboard rules.
3. The Annual Return (Form MGT-7 / MGT-7A) filed with MCA every year
Every Company must file its Annual Return with the Registrar of Companies on the MCA portal every year – Form MGT-7, or Form MGT-7A for small companies and One Person Companies.
As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' compliance reminder, companies are now required to attach a photograph of their registered office when filing Form MGT-7/MGT-7A. The photograph must clearly show the external view of the building, with the Company's name prominently visible, in line with Section 12(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The revised forms have been in use on the MCA V3 portal since 14 July 2025 (Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2025, G.S.R. 358(E) dated 30 May 2025).
In other words, every year your Annual Return asks for a photo of your Signboard at the registered office. Without a proper Signboard, you cannot attach a compliant photograph.
Is an A4 printout on the wall enough?
Many Companies print their name on A4 or legal-size paper and stick it up at the office. Section 12(3)(a) asks for the name to be painted or affixed outside the office and kept that way – a paper printout fades, tears and is a temporary display at best. A fixed acrylic Signboard is the durable way to meet the requirement and gives you a clear, professional photograph for the Annual Return every year.
Why order them together?
- One order, one set of details – your Company Name, address and CIN or LLPIN are entered once and used on both the stamps and the Signboard, so they always match.
- See both before you approve – live previews of the 3 stamps and the Signboard, plus a preview sent to you by Email or WhatsApp. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- Rs.3,200/- (All Inclusive) – compared with Rs.3,600/- when the stamp set (Rs.1,800/-) and the Signboard (Rs.1,800/-) are ordered separately. No separate shipping charges.
- Pan-India delivery – dispatched via Bluedart or Delhivery, 1–2 days to metros and 2–4 days elsewhere.
If you also need a Common Seal, our Combo Pack includes the stamps, the Signboard and the Common Seal.
